Council approves BCEDC date amendments; Brown says wind and solar construction to start in 2025

Weiseman then moved to approve Resolution #2024-R7 (Lake Trout), seconded by Patrick Cale; that motion also passed 5–1. Brown told the council that "Wind and Solar will start construction in 2025," that broadband work in Montpelier should be completed in January 2025, and that the BCEDC secured a $25,000 grant for the Senior Center to be used for flooring and paint. Brown also reported ongoing discussions about the Newberry building.
