Residents urge moratorium, ask for public meeting on wind and solar projects

Elaina Hutchison asked for a six- to 12-month moratorium on wind and solar projects; Lori Ford said she felt "defeated" before joining a recently formed group and urged continued engagement. Eric McClellan specifically raised concerns about decommissioning agreements. The commissioners did not schedule a vote; the request may be considered at a later meeting.
