Staff pressing for automatic sort and per-subcalendar reorder controls
Summary
During the demo staff repeatedly asked for an automatic numeric sort (house bills first, then senate) and a reorder button that works per subcalendar so committee assistants can quickly organize only the group they are actively using.
Several users and committee assistants urged a visible sorting control and per-subcalendar reorder button rather than manual drag-and-drop. One attendee explained they "just click a button and it automatically sorts" in their current workflow and asked for the same efficiency in the new UI.
Developers acknowledged the need and said they can enable a reorder button when a user views an individual subcalendar (reorder is disabled on the 'all calendars' view). Staff also requested multi-select checkboxes and a multi-delete option so assistants can act on many bills at once rather than editing line-by-line.
