Porter approves closeout of REAP grant used to renovate red barn

Deputy Town Clerk Kendra Moore reported that the Eastern Oklahoma Development District (EODD) REAP grant for fiscal year 2025 — used for renovations at the town's red barn — has been fully expended and is ready for closeout. Norma Meyer moved to approve the closeout certification; Lucas Beaty seconded and the motion carried with all five members voting yes.
The board recorded no objections and directed staff to complete any remaining paperwork associated with the grant closeout. The vote closes fiscal oversight on that particular REAP award for FY2025.
