Chairman Steve Dickey reported that the town cleanup "is going good," and Jackie Todd said town employees are continuing to clean alleys. Committee member Norma Meyer raised the need to replace some missing stop signs and street-name signs; Dickey said the flashing light stop signs "have been received" and that the Highway Department is supposed to help with installation.
Dickey also said the town will assist residents within town limits to display their address numbers on their property. The committee discussed these operational items but took no formal votes or motions on the town-cleanup updates during the meeting.
