Council approved JC Paz sculptures; ACE to coordinate installation logistics

Olivia Gosta told ACE that the JC Paz public‑art application received unanimous council approval on Jan. 13 and that she is coordinating with Lynn Pennington of Johns Creek Beautification on installation logistics. "As soon as I have a ribbon cutting date, I will make sure that that gets out to you," Gosta said.
Committee members noted the approval as a positive outcome; staff said they are working to finalize location logistics and installation details. The committee discussed related budget items and how some site work for the dog sculptures is being paid from the parks operations budget rather than the 1% program.
