Gosta described the one‑pager as a concise snapshot of information committee members had previously received only verbally, and said the packet will be accompanied by a shared OneDrive folder accessible to each member through their city email. She asked members to provide feedback on the format and said staff will upload sponsorship flyers, event schedules and supporting documents to that folder. Committee members responded positively to the format and asked for digital flyers and QR codes for distribution; Gosta agreed to follow up on the tax treatment of sponsorships and update the flyers as requested.
