Buildings & Grounds to amend CIP, plans to recoat big-bay floor after truck sale revenue

Joe Reed, speaking for Buildings & Grounds, said the department will amend the CIP for 2029 to reflect revenue from the sale of an old truck and will include sealing the floor of the big bay at the Benton multiuse facility; the work requires scrubbing and an etch so a new sealer will adhere properly.
Reed also explained a weights-and-measures entry showing Neilsen Seed twice: the first visit was a fail because the scale would not calibrate correctly; a second visit was successful. The committee accepted Reed's report as information.
