Fair Board adopts new classes and Showmanship Showdown policies for 2026 fair

The Campbell County Fair Board voted to accept an updated proposal for new classes, divisions, and exhibits and approved contest policies for the Showmanship Showdown during its March 17 meeting.
Fair Coordinator Liz Slattery presented revisions to the Fair Book, including the new CC250 Open Class exhibit division. Sabrina Jafek moved to accept the updated proposal and Myles Haugen seconded; the motion passed. Later, Liz presented the Showmanship Showdown contest policies and the board again voted to approve them after a motion by Sabrina and a second by Myles.
Liz said she will present Youth Alpaca/Llama Show policies and a final version of Youth Horse Show changes at the next regular board meeting after additional review.
