Residents press supervisors on dumping, timesheet transparency and plow damage; board pledges follow‑up

Several residents used the public comment portions of the Jan. 15 meeting to press the supervisors on multiple neighborhood issues. Lisa Segina and others said a property owned by Lutterman appears to have extensive tree clearing and materials dumped without proper planning approval; supervisors said they will follow up and noted the township typically operates on a complaint‑driven code enforcement model. "We don't go looking for issues unless it is brought to our attention," Supervisor Ken Trumbetta said, describing the township's practice.
Auditor and resident Matt Rebitch asked for greater detail in employee timesheets to provide transparency on hours and work performed; another resident, Lisa Pinto, suggested the township consider in‑vehicle cameras for public works vehicles, citing a recent decision by Greensburg. The board agreed to take these suggestions under advisement and to meet with property owners or inspectors as needed to resolve the alleged dumping.
