Supervisors approved a Sale and Security Agreement with Stephenson Equipment, Inc. for a Gradall XL 3100V 4x2 hydraulic excavator at a total price of $523,976.34.
The board recorded that $498,526 of the purchase price will be funded through an LSA grant award, with the remaining $25,450.34 to be paid from the Township's Machinery Fund. Supervisor Ken Trumbetta made the motion and it passed unanimously.
The purchase moves forward township capital planning for heavy equipment; the board did not record additional conditions or financing contingencies in the minutes.
