Supervisors at the Salem Township Board meeting on Jan. 15 approved routine minutes and authorized disbursements across township funds totaling $93,379.04. The approved breakdown included General Fund $43,516.53 and Payroll Fund $43,193.85, with smaller allocations for fire protection, sewage, liquid fuels, park initiatives, street lights and special projects.
The board also voted unanimously to renew the Regola Consulting, LLC retainer at $2,500 per month and to adopt Resolution 5‑2025, which authorizes entering a grant agreement with the Commonwealth Financing Authority for equipment tied to the Gradall replacement project. Supervisor Kerry Jobe made the motions on the financial items, and Supervisor Ken Trumbetta seconded them. The motions passed with votes recorded in the minutes as unanimous.
