Commission approves April minutes; staff flags permit renewal, subdivision and CAFO modification applications

During new business, Zoning Compliance Officer Cynthia Scott told the commission that owners of a telecommunications tower with an expired Special Use Permit are seeking renewal and will be on the June agenda. Scott also reported an active subdivision application on River Road, two CAFO modification applications that followed CAFO violations, and an application under review to build within the 300-foot canyon rim setback on Justice Grade. The commission took no formal action on these items at the May meeting; they were announced for future docketing.
