Presenter walked the group through creating a committee agenda: select committee, set date/time, add measures and notes, and optionally include a live-stream link. Presenter said that releasing an agenda sets a system status so the bill becomes visible in the report window, but that "releasing" does not automatically distribute the agenda to the web or to physical dockets — paper copies still must be printed and taken to the docket room.
The demo then showed how to create committee reports and add actions (examples: title sufficient, due pass, double referred due pass). The team tested single- and double-referred workflows (House Bill 8 and 9) and confirmed the system will create separate reports for single- and multi-referred bills and route double-referred bills to the next committee when the correct action is selected.
