Administration Committee awards recruiting RFP and approves code updates to transfers and HIPAA policy

Wheeler recommended awarding the recruiting services RFP to Pracademic Partners for a retainer fee of $4,000 per month plus $5,000 per successful placement with a one-year placement guarantee or next search free; the committee approved the award unanimously. Wheeler said the contract is one year with the option of four one-year renewals.
Wheeler also presented two Administrative Code amendments: adding a new allowable-transfer provision to codify longstanding year-end practice, and updating the HIPAA policy to reflect a federal law change related to disclosure of substance use disorder information. The committee approved both amendments and requested resolutions for Legislature consideration.
