Planner Corey Rice said the dedication will not create a throughway into the Spring Creek Association for the foreseeable future and that staff required a gate for emergency use, a cul‑de‑sac turnaround, and a sign on Lower Lamoille Road stating the road is not a through road. Commissioners approved the dedication after confirming these features would be required during the development process.
Rice added that when commercial frontage develops in the future, the developer will be required to construct curb, gutter and sidewalk along the frontage. The motion to approve the dedication carried.
