Tyrone Thomas, Probation, reported the department had 415 investigations ordered in 2025 (excluding juvenile investigations). The committee approved resolution 1-26-JP-6, authorizing the chair to execute an agreement between Cayuga County Probation and IPPC Technologies, Inc. for monitoring services for sex offenders. The motion was made by Aileen McNabb-Coleman, seconded by Tom Winslow, and recorded as "all in favor." No contract dollar amount was provided in the meeting transcript.
