Fulton County rescinds earlier airport grant agreement, accepts corrected ODOT award totaling $399,500

The Fulton County Board of Commissioners rescinded Resolution 2026-119 (entered Feb. 12, 2026) after consultant Crawford, Murphy & Tilly (CMT) informed the office that the Ohio Department of Transportation had changed its agreements because of legislative changes, rendering the earlier version no longer valid. The board passed Resolution 2026-232 to rescind the earlier action so a correct agreement could be entered.
Immediately afterward the board adopted Resolution 2026-233 accepting an ODOT Office of Aviation award tied to AIP Project No. 3-39-0087-024-2025 (ODOT Project No. B26-34) to construct a T hangar and reconstruct an AWOS Type III PT. The total project amount is $399,500 with a federal share of $379,525 and an ODOT share of $19,975; the board authorized execution of grant agreement 2026-38.
