Plan Commission approves minutes, meeting-date change and other routine actions

The Miami County Plan Commission completed a number of procedural items on June 10, approving May meeting minutes, moving the monthly meeting date, and adjourning after staff reports and new-business items.
Scarlett Graves moved to approve the May meeting minutes as written; Fred Musselman seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Later in the meeting Graves also moved to change the Plan Commission meetings to the third Wednesday of each month beginning in July; the motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
Other procedural business included a request to defer the 2025 Year in Review to next month and the formal adjournment of the Owings Rezone public hearing after the applicants withdrew their petition earlier in the session.
