Council debate included a funding-source question: Councilman Fruth argued the match should come from CEDIT rather than County General, but Chairman Scott said the item had been advertised using the current funding source and proposed approving it now and transferring funds later if needed. The vote passed with Councilman Nutt as the sole dissenting vote.
