Leader Lambert says HB 359 restores 'serious bodily injury' language after oversight

The chair then opened the board for a vote on the bill as amended. The clerk reported the result as "8 ayes, 0 nos," and the chair announced that House Bill 359 will move to full finance for further consideration.
No formal amendments to the motion were recorded beyond drafting code 11,915, and no member requested further debate before the vote.
