Board tables treasurer position and several finance items after legal concerns

"In order to reinstate this position and reimprove this position, we have to recreate this position because we abolished it in Millstone," the board member said, and recommended drafting a job description and offering the position first to the town CFO where required by law.
After discussion the board voted to table item 19 as well as items 23 and 24; the remainder of finance items passed. The board directed staff to check legal obligations and bring a draft description and next steps back to the board.
