Board ratifies new hires, job descriptions and student‑services analyst position

The board welcomed a slate of new hires for 2025–26 and 2026–27, including Cassandra Skelton (MHHS associate principal) and Benjamin Brown (Mountain House High School vice principal), both of whom addressed the board and thanked staff and trustees.
On personnel actions, staff recommended and trustees approved new classified job descriptions and salaries for a production chef and production assistant to support high‑school food service and approved a new classified unrepresented Student Services Analyst position effective July 1, 2026 to address enrollment and reporting workload. All personnel items were approved by motion and carried with five ayes.
