The board approved a facilities lease amendment and a general construction contract with Roblin Contracting, Inc. not to exceed $685,000 to update restrooms and make other accommodations at the district office Professional Development Center. Superintendent Kirk Nicholas said staff reviewed facilities and recommended the updates to bring support facilities in line with school sites.
Trustees moved and seconded the measure and the motion carried with five ayes. Staff said the project will be managed by the district facilities team and that the scope includes restroom updates and related site improvements; no scheduling details or contractor start dates were provided in the meeting.
