Trustees asked how the additional 80 licenses would be distributed; Busita and other staff explained the licenses are intended for support staff, office supervisors, attendance clerks and other key staff who attend training before receiving access. Trustee Olson moved to approve the contract and Trustee Boulet seconded; the motion carried with five ayes following a student preferential vote.
