"It was moved by Commissioner Coppeler and seconded by Commissioner Douglas that the Ottawa County Voucher Report dated March 3 & 4, 2026 in the total amount of $451,083.18 be approved for payment and that the County Auditor be authorized to issue the warrant on the County Treasury for payment of same," the record states.
The motion also authorized approval of the attached Then and Now voucher(s) and noted the voucher reports are available for review in the office of the Ottawa County Commissioners until the retention period expires in accordance with the Records Retention Schedule. Vote on motion: Mark W. Stahl, absent; Donald A. Douglas, yes; Mark E. Coppeler, yes. The motion passed 2–0 (one absence).
