Resident urges closer look at proposed Northridge TIF, warns of costs to taxpayers

Lohnes said the county will discuss the proposal and that, unlike some city practices, the county intends to review TIFs carefully. Daniels also raised concerns about annexation limits and noted the county has limited statutory ability to block annexations if they meet legal requirements.
