Resolution 2026-0260 authorized the Dog Warden’s Office to purchase a 2026 Ford F-150 for $49,140 from Buckeye Ford (to be paid from the Permanent Improvement fund) after the existing truck spent two of the last three months in repair.
County Administrator Jennifer Hutchinson said the office "had tried to nurse their current truck but after being in the shop for two of three months, it was determined that it would be in the best interest of the department to get another truck." Hutchinson also noted that former Dog Warden Sandi Click has given official notice of retirement effective May 1, 2026 and will be missed for her service as Shelter Manager.
