The resubmission includes an ADA ramp to the lower level, stone veneer gravity terraces to manage grade and a proposed small patio on the protected south side. The board opened a public hearing (no public comments) and members said the packet addressed PRC recommendations; the board signaled that, with the planned clarifications, the submission is in good shape for the next PRC and planning board reviews.
Next steps: designers will provide final planting details and confirm drainage tie‑ins; the board asked for any remaining technical clarifications prior to formal approvals.
