Policy committee approves agenda, hears financial report and schedules next meeting

The Policy Committee convened the business portion of its Nov. 17 meeting at 9:30 a.m. A motion by Roger Pohlman, seconded by Nicole Eckstrom, to approve the agenda and minutes was adopted unanimously. During the financial report, Ashley Brenke said, "there were no bills to approve," and no further financial action was required.
Committee members scheduled the next Policy Committee meeting for Dec. 15 and recorded that resolutions need to be complete by Dec. 12. Jeff Bell moved to adjourn, seconded by Kevin Paap; the motion carried unanimously and the meeting ended at 9:45 a.m.
