The Policy Committee voted Nov. 17 to approve comments and revisions resulting from the formal review and the preceding public hearing and to forward the Blue Earth River Comprehensive Watershed Management Plan to local boards with recommended edits. Jeff Bell moved to approve the comments and revisions from formal review and the public hearing; Curt Helland seconded the motion, which carried unanimously.
Committee members also voted to approve the plan for local boards. Kevin Paap moved, with Roger Pohlman seconding, to approve the plan with recommended revisions; the motion carried unanimously. The committee did not record roll-call vote counts in the transcript; minutes note only that motions "carried unanimously."
