At its March 5 meeting the Allen County Drainage Board took the following recorded actions: approved reconstruction of the Calvin Crow Drain (Doc #26-022); approved an encroachment for John Boling within the Frene Drain easement (Doc #26-033); certified periodic-maintenance assessments for Arthur Heights Townhomes (Doc #26-037) and Silverstone Estates (Doc #26-038); approved a septic-system outlet encroachment for Cole Weiss (Doc #26-042); and set public hearings for increasing periodic maintenance on the Jacob Johnson Drain (Doc #25-297) and for establishing periodic maintenance in the Tiernan Unit (Doc #26-050). All motions were seconded and recorded as carried in the meeting minutes.
