Commissioner Drew Markel called the meeting to order and the three-member board approved each item with three yes votes.
The approvals were procedural and part of the meeting's opening business. Commissioner Storey moved to approve the claims and Commissioner Reedy seconded; the motion carried 3-0. The minutes show identical 3-0 tallies for the minutes and payroll motions.
