Commission extends NRP deadline for Gillispies to Oct. 1, 2026
Summary
The board approved an extension for the NRP for Chad & Kera Gillispie through Oct. 1, 2026; the appraiser said she will also seek quotes for a new computer and discussed printer warranty.
Deputy Appraiser Chris Miller told the commission that one of the NRP (Neighborhood Revitalization Program) cases required more time. Commissioner Jake Liebau moved and Commissioner Perry Russell seconded a motion to extend the NRP deadline for Chad & Kera Gillispie to October 1, 2026; the motion carried 3-0.
Miller also said she would obtain quotes for a new computer for the Appraiser’s Office and raised a question about the service warranty on the office printer. No further action on equipment was recorded at the meeting.
