Clark County approves $3,825.57 in Station I ambulance repairs, orders Stryker lift for Willow Lake station

At its May 5, 2026 meeting, the Clark County Board of Commissioners approved repairs to the Station I ambulance, accepting an estimate of $3,825.57 presented by ambulance representatives Jamie Gloe and Lori King. The board also approved purchase of a Stryker chair lift for Clark Station II in Willow Lake. Commissioners noted that grants and donations have been raised to cover the cost of the chair lift. The board additionally approved the ambulance staff rosters as presented during the meeting.
By approving the repairs and equipment, the board kept county emergency medical services’ vehicle readiness and patient-handling capability as immediate priorities. No additional funding source was required from the county general fund for the Stryker lift, per the meeting record.
