County increases Playtime Therapy contract by $14,128 to support early-intervention physical therapy

Lancaster County, acting on behalf of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (BHDS), approved an amended agreement with Playtime Therapy, LLC of Lancaster to increase the contract to $49,113.08 for the period July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026. The board recorded the increase as $14,128.38, or 40.38 percent, to reflect actual service utilization for physical therapy provided to children from infancy to age 3.
The motion was moved by Commissioner Parsons and seconded by Commissioner Yoder and passed unanimously. The minutes note that funding for the increase is 90% state base funding and 10% county funding.
