The Lancaster County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to approve a change order with Conference Technologies, Inc. to purchase wireless microphones for all courtrooms except Nos. 5, 7 and 11 as part of the Courtroom Audio and Visual Redesign and Replacement project. The approved amount is $26,381.87 for the period May 1, 2025, through April 30, 2027, and will be paid from the county Capital Budget.
The motion was made by Commissioner Joshua G. Parsons and seconded by Commissioner Alice Yoder and passed unanimously. The agenda packet lists the project’s capital budget (CIP approval) as $1,585,717.00, previous amounts awarded of $1,353,128.88 and a new total after this award of $1,379,510.75, leaving $206,206.25 remaining in the project balance.
