Commissioners direct counsel to pursue changes after quarry tonnage discrepancy

The Board instructed Luckman to draft contract language that each quarry will provide 250 tons of rock per mile of haul route annually and to reimburse the county for dust-control costs along haul routes instead of charging the county a $0.15-per-ton maintenance fee. The changes were framed as administrative adjustments to ensure parity between quarry contracts and to clarify haul-route responsibilities.
