Separately, Butche said he and Chair Ben Anderson met with city officials regarding the baseball field and that the city "intends to honor our current agreement, and if future development plans change, they have committed to providing adequate notice so the district has time to evaluate options." The board did not take formal action on capital projects during this meeting.
