On July 20 the Jackson County Board of County Commissioners entered executive session twice. At 9:35 a.m. the Board went into a 15-minute session to discuss non-elected personnel with Road Superintendent Joe Gardner present; the session reopened at 9:50 a.m. with no action taken. At 10:05 a.m. the Board convened a 20-minute session for attorney–client privilege to discuss possible litigation; County Counselor Todd Luckman joined by phone. That session reopened at 10:25 a.m. with no action taken.
