Committee members discussed using existing column work at Tinsley Park to include an arch reading 'Fillauer Branch Trail.'
Joe Fivas reported that right-of-way work for Phase VI is nearly complete, an update that moves the project closer to construction readiness. The map update and ROW status will inform forthcoming design and installation timing.
