Council discusses revamping Monroes website; committee and budget options floated

Council members proposed assembling information, potentially forming a committee to explore options, and budgeting for bids from website contractors to make improvements.
Officials discussed the distinction between promoting tourism (working with chamber or GCDC) and providing resident-facing resources; they did not adopt a formal directive but asked staff to compile options for a future committee review.
