After board discussion about clarification of the project description and how components would be stored and removed, a motion to approve carried with a condition that the applicant submit a corrected project description clarifying that all seasonal components will be removed from the intertidal zone and stored off-site, provide the board two updated paper copies and remit the standard $100 fee. ‘‘The whole structure would be removed during the off season and stored,’’ O’Brien said when asked to confirm the storage arrangement.
The board also requested photos and clear narrative language about ledge pinning and any DEP or BP determinations that affect removable seasonal structures.
