Council adopts PARC Tax disbursement ordinance for FY2026-2027

Council Member Taylor moved to adopt the ordinance and authorized the City Administrator to enter into disbursement contracts with terms substantially similar to those presented under the mayor's direction; Council Member John seconded. Voting was recorded as yes from Staci Carroll, Tim Holley, Ryan Hunter, Ernie John and Clark Taylor; the motion passed.
The ordinance implements allocations recommended by the advisory board. Council did not amend allocations during the meeting; staff will proceed with contracting under the terms directed by the mayor.
