Harrington also recorded that she completed the Wisconsin Department of Revenue Board of Review training on June 4, 2026, as required by Wis. Stats. 70.46(4).
Assessor Brian Frank, of Frank Assessments, LLC, confirmed that the Tax Assessment Roll is complete and that Open Book had been held. These confirmations were entered into the record before the board addressed a filed objection for a single property.
A motion by Ald. Pat Prill and second by Ald. Joseph Kazda selected Rich Slate as Chair for the Board of Review; the motion carried 3-0. The board then temporarily adjourned until an owner could appear to press a filed objection.
