Officials also noted that one residential property would be cut off from direct access during construction and discussed building a temporary 'shoofly' access road, with an estimate from a contractor of $25,000–$30,000 to make minimum-maintenance roads drivable during work. County Counselor Todd Luckman will review the intergovernmental agreement at the next meeting.
