Council appoints two applicants to Carlisle Planning Commission

Carlisle City Council voted unanimously on June 23 to appoint Mr. Oliver and Mr. Kemper to two vacant seats on the Planning Commission following brief interviews. Council Member Jason Faulkner moved to appoint both applicants; Council Member Michael Kilpatrick seconded the motion and the roll call vote was unanimous.
Mayor Randy Winkler presided over the appointment vote. Council did not record additional conditions for the appointments in the minutes; newly appointed commissioners will serve as members of the Planning Commission and participate in future planning matters.
