Council authorizes Kovach Architects to seek state Periodic Update Grant for comprehensive plan

Planner Alex Kovach told the Council that the Periodic Update Grant from the Washington State Department of Commerce would cover expenses related to updating the City's comprehensive plan. By motion (m/s Fanning/Garcia), the Council approved Kovach Architects to pursue the grant on behalf of the City and the motion carried.
Kovach also reported that he has prepared a warning letter to be sent to the owners of the Old Red Rock School and that the Pratt Hills project is progressing with the final plat still outstanding.
