County Counselor Bill Jeter explained executive session procedures under the Kansas Open Meetings Act and indicated the Tallgrass Solar project negotiations "are taking longer than expected." Commissioner Nathan Leiker emphasized that any agreement would be made in open session, and Jeter agreed decisions cannot be made in executive session. Participants in the attorney-client session included the commissioners, County Counselor Bill Jeter, Justin Craig, Trish Voth and County Administrator Darin Myers.
