The bill-approval packet included budget-to-actual comparisons showing a negative balance in the General Fund because ARPA and grant items were not included in the original budget and will be amended or are expected to be received. The Road Fund also showed a negative balance while the parish awaits FEMA reimbursements for various road materials.
